Wedding Design
During our initial meeting, we will put together a wedding design and colour theme, creating a special mood board that will help us to create a wedding that is not only beautiful and unique to you, but also something that is full of personal touches and details that will wow and surprise your wedding guests. With this design in mind, we will begin to put together every aspect of your wedding.
Wedding Venue
Using our extensive database of wedding venues, we will help you to find the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony and reception, helping you to secure the best possible rates. From gorgeous country houses, National Trust properties, elegant registry offices and rustic barns to beautiful, old churches, stunning hotels and intimate garden party settings, we will help find the perfect wedding venue for you.
Wedding Suppliers
Once you have settled on a wedding venue, we will use our huge range of recommended and trusted suppliers to provide a shortlist of everything you will need for your own wedding, along with references and costs for each. That’s everything from wedding transport, bridal dresses and flowers to music, gifts, wedding favours and photos. All you’ll need to do is make an informed decision.
Wedding Management & Organisation
As part of our service, we will take care of all your wedding administration, leaving you to enjoy the build up to your big day. From arranging appointments, attending meetings and dealing with paperwork on your behalf to taking phone calls and emails, managing your budget and keeping track of all the payments you have made. Rest assured, we will always be on hand should you require us for anything.
The Wedding Day
We will be there for you on your wedding day to manage, assist and ensure every detail is in place and that everything runs as smoothly as possible, giving you complete peace of mind. We will even decorate the wedding venue and make sure all finishing touches are in place and ‘just right’.
We will also be the point of contact for all suppliers, venue staff and wedding guests, leaving you to relax and enjoy the most important day of your life.
Fees for this package are calculated at 10-15% of your overall budget, with a minimum fee of £5,000.
